Located in Morgon, the Depardon family have managed this estate since 1848. This wine is from the lower part of Morgon where the soils are flecked with quartz and granite. Vinified in a Burgundian style, it’s 100 % destemmed - no whole bunch. Blackcurrant and strawberry on the nose, the palate is surprisingly plush despite finishing dry and mineral.
