Domaine Bonnigal-Bodet, is located in the heart of the Loire Valley, in Amboise, or more precisely in Limeray. Establish in 1927 and now run by the 4th generation descendants, Jean Baptiste Bonnigal and Stéphane Bodet.
The estate's vineyard is made of a geological heritage of great richness, with an amazing diversity of terroir, planted on flinty clay and clay-limestone soils.
This is Sauvignon Blanc for Sancerre or Anjou lovers. Beautiful, delicate fruit aromatics are balanced by extremely well handled, almost imperceptable lees contact. Creating a wine with enough fruit, structure and acid, yet dances on the palate with freshness & vivacity.
