Notes from the Winery

A new name, but all the Chardonnay goodness is still in this wine formerly known as The Dirty Chardy. This wine is now a mainstay in the Dirty Three stable, so we thought All The Dirts was a more appropriate moniker for this wine. Perfectly suited to the South Gippsland climate, we strive to make Chardonnay that is complex, long flavoured and textured. Our style is modern Australian- fresh bright fruit, layers of texture and crisp mineral acidity. Fully barrel fermented and matured for 9 months.
