Grown on 27-year-old vines, winemaker Luke Lambert had a great pay off for an intense harvest period filled with twists and turns. Their patience paid off however, it's a bright, fresh and eminently drinkable drop that you might not have recognised as Cabernet Sauvignon if you're used to the dense, dark styles of yesteryear.
