One of the great classics amongst Amari. As the label suggests, Cynar is a bittersweet amaro that uses Artichoke as one of its base botanicals. It's quite liquorous up front, with a lingering herbaceousness to the finish. Use in place of sweet Vermouth to punch up the bitterness in your favourite cocktail, or serve with tonic for a wintery aperitif.
