Producer Notes

Lemon curd and white stone fruit are inherent throughout this wine and make for a delicious introduction. Bright, yellow citrus and orange blossom is followed by a concentrated fruit profile of nectarine, macadamia nut and hints of honeydew melon. There is fruit density here, together with layers of complexity and texture, enhanced by its years in bottle. The generosity of the vintage is evident in the fruit profile, with the vineyard site aiding a seamless acid core which lends freshness and lovely persistence. It will surely age for some years to come.
