The perfume in this wine is fabulous, evoking baked quince, rich orange blossom and pink crab apple. This vintage is lighter on its feet than previous vintages due to a lower alcohol of 11%. It somehow has effortless weight, aligning pretty aromatics alongside sugar balance and poised acidity. As it opens in the glass, it unveils and unfurls its hidden layers. Delectable, fresh, alive. While the wine will develop further complexity with age, it is a pleasure to drink now. Bottled September 2023. Screwcap. R.S 84.3 g.L
