Museum Release in 2025
Yet another wonderful aged release from Crawford River - and at 10 years it is still just a baby! From a section of the vineyard on chalky limestone only 500mm below ironstone rich topsoil.

"Oyster shell, melon, cashew cream, dried herbs (think bay and sage). There is a lot going on here. Bone dry and complex, with lovely chalky texture and a line of saline acidity weaving a course throughout. This would work very well with pork or veal, or perhaps a rich chicken dish."
