"Pale straw in colour, with undertones of the same on the nose. There is endless freshness on the nose for a 9 year old Sem/Sav blend, shrouded with complexity and finesse throughout the palate. Custard apple and lemon curd with an oyster shell edge. Generosity of fruit - still blackcurrant! - is interwoven with textural definition and focused, soft acidity.
