Proper stuff. Done the Craiglee way. Moody, brooding, rich and grippy. A proper Craiglee release with all the mettle of a wine destined for dusty cellaring and a slow reveal of its potential. Chewy tannin laced with slate, smoky spice, dark cherry and stewed plum characters, black olive, choc-mint, clove, new leather and game meat all in abundance and yet controlled and flowing in a sumptuous slip. Flavour plus and coolness through the finish a boon. Big glasses, watch the evolution, hold tight to the six pack. Fantastic wine.
