Luminous deep purple/crimson colour. Floral - mixed spices, dark cherry and blackberry; whisper of iodine and juniper. Palate is turbo-charged. Cloves, pepper, dark fruits, iron. Fresh, slinky, grown-up wine with density, chew and generous deliciousness. Reviewers liked the 2017- this is better.Craiglee Shiraz JADV (Just A Dash of Viognier) is produced from entirely estate grown fruit. The shiraz is from the Old block as well as 20 year old Eadie's block and is co-fermented with less than 3% viognier. All the hall marks of Craiglee Shiraz with an added bonus of viognier.
