The only issue we have with Craiglee’s iconic Sunbury Shiraz is that it takes all the limelight away from their equally remarkable Chardonnay. We have had the pleasure of seeing many a vintage of this wine over the years, and it's yet to have disappointed us. Crisp up front, transitioning into slightly creamy fullness, and with a toast note from fermenting in oak barrels. It’s a fresh yet textural glass of wine in its youth, unfurling into a wealth of complex savouriness with age.
