Hailing from Sicily, this is fresh and aromatic, with green pear and citrus on the nose with subtle herbal characters - think sage and mint. apricot, melon and even some white and yellow peach with a crisp finish.
It yodels "Summer!" with it's balance of ripe, almost tropical fruit and the zingy acidity.
