Ian D'Agata, noted Italian wine author, says "Fiano may well be Italy's greatest native white grape" and Colli di Lapio "arguably Italy's single best white wine". Clelia Romano took over her family's vineyards in 1994, a hefty mantle to take on, but one she has more than proven herself capable of taking. In the way only great Fiano can be, this is a wine of immense depth and presence in the glass, full and flavoursome yet refined and with an edge of steeliness.
