Aged for 5 years in old Oloroso Sherry cask. Dark amber in colour. The nose has a very balanced aroma showing both nuances ofherbs, fruits and fine pastry notes on a soft wood background. In the mouth it is round,with touches of nuts and dried fruits. Very elegant.
