They're keeping it simple at Blind Corner - no fuss, no frills, just grapes and a squirt of sulphur. It's easy to do when you're as fastidious as these guys are, what you lose in loFi vibes is usually made up for with work in the vineyard. That's not to call their wines "natty" either, this is a plump, succulent and fleshy blend of Chardonnay and Aligoté that will please drinkers both old and young. Time in seasoned oak gives an added layer of smoky salinity, lasting long into the finish.
