What began as a hobby for winemaker at the time, Phillip Jones, has carried on through the years as something of a cult wine. Made in tiny quantities, it is classic Gewurz in character - chewy phenolics to the palate, scented with rose petals and candied ginger. Retaining freshness from the cooling effects of the Gippsland climate, a delicious and utterly unique wine.

Winery Notes

Bursts of perfumed musk scented roses and lychees, underpinned by wafts of pear and apples. A soft juicy alate, with a subtle impression of sweetness though it is completely dry. A clean and fresh finish with an explosion of lingering, vibrant flavours echoing its fragrance.
