Domaine Pichot L'Electron Libre 2020

L'Electron Libre made up of the best parcel from each of the domaine's ten vineyard plots. Winemaker Christophe lets it run its natural course meaning the final wine can be anywhere between bone dry to off dry, but one thing is certain - the acidity will be electrifying! The wine the ages in 100% new barrel for 8 months, though you'd be hard pressed to tell from the wine. With just 10 barrels produced, it's a shining beacon of success and a wonderful new addition to Domaine Pichot's oeuvre.
