Swartland is a haven for old vine plantings, with some dating back as far as the late 1800s. Wolf & Woman holds these established parcels close to their chest, treasuring the complexity and intrigue these vines yield. They farm several vineyards here, as well as plots in Voor-Paardeberg and Piekenierskloof, all with the same reverence. Their oeuvre covers South African classics, including a Chenin Blanc grown on 40-60 year old vines, as well as Pinotage, Syrah and Grenache.
