Winemaking at Somos is lo-fi, sustainable and can be, at times, a little unconventional. This McLaren Vale cabernet franc, unusually from early and later vintage pickings, is a great example! Red fruits lead to lovely darker fruits with herb notes interjecting throughout. The mid-bodied palate is crunchingly fresh and moreish!
