Extremely Limited Cellar Release (October 2025).
The 1999 Schloßböckelheimer Felsenberg was harvested at Spätlese level and displays dusty and honey notes with a hint of mint tea, lanolin and beeswax. The palate is seamless with elegant sweetness 38 g/l residual sugar went into bottle 25 years ago which is barely perceptible now; beautifully preserved with evidence of botrytis which add to the finishing structure. Alcohol claims at 9.6% with 7.4 g/l acidity. Bottled under original cork.
