Winegrowers for many generations, Quentin & Gaëtan Morel's 25-hectare estate is in the southern end of the region, but at between 400-500m above sea level, which helps to mitigate the generally warmer conditions. No oak is used in this cuvee. This is a mineral-driven Beaujolais, that delivers super finessed fruit highlighting the great drive capable of the Gamay grapes in this region.
