Domaine William Fèvre holds a central thread in the tapestry of modern Chablis. William Fèvre holds the lofty title for largest holdings of Grand Cru vines in Chablis. Their parcels account for approximately 70 of the 99 hectares of Grand Cru. There is 250 years of history behind them, yet still they face firmly towards the future. The iconic green of their packaging has become somewhat synonymous with the region, an element retained on the new labels with the 2023 vintage. This fresh new rebrand ushers in a new era for the Fèvre domaine, coinciding with their final year of conversion before the entire domaine is certified as organic.
