Producer Notes - "Bright and brilliant old gold with light coppery hues. The nose is subtle and vibrant with hints of apricots and white peaches blending with hints of orange zest. A graceful bouquet enhanced with fresh spice and sweet notes of lemon cream and wildflower honey.
The palate is nicely structured progression with fresh sensations reflecting the nose: cantaloupe, papaya, Golden Delicious apples, apricots and sage. Citrussy notes returns in the lingering, tangy finish.
Particularly suitable for fish dishes, shellfish hors d’oeuvres, risottos and vegetable flans."
