The Spring Farm block showed immediate promise for Riesling, with its windswept hills at high altitudes and tiny micro-climate pockets with bountiful sunshine to warm the cool slopes. Released after 10 years in the cellar, it's drinking beautifully now showing all the best characters of aged Aussie Riesling - candied lime peel, waxy lily petal florals, fresh sourdough & butter.
