'Jura is known for these rare wines called "Vin Jaune" made of 100% Savagnin grape variety. The wine is left in barrels for 60 months minimum, the wine is aged under flor which we call in french 'sous-voile'. Golden yellow colour, the nose is on fresh apricots, almonds, walnuts, with a fresh palate.'
