"The latest release of our Blanc de Blancs, freshly disgorged after 6 years on lees on April 16th 2024. 2018 was a higher cropping, dry year. Our Chardonnay was picked in pristine condition and fermented in stainless steel before aging in 500L puncheons prior to tirage.
