In 1957 Henri Planson decided to stop farming and devote himself to viticulture. Some generations later and with a National Diploma in Oenology, Olivier Belin arrived back to the family estate in 1997, exploring new cuvées such as Bleu Chic, Bel Instant and Clair Obscur.

The 2018 vintage is a blend of 34% Pinot Meunier, 33% Chardonnay, 33% Pinot Noir with 4g/L dosage.

On the nose the 2018 vintage has aromas of peach, apple tatin, morello cherry, brioche, pomelo, rose, marmalade, roasted pineapple, almond & candied lemon"
