Importers Notes - "Juices 100% from « la cuvée ». 100% Chardonnay Grand Cru. Old vines, massales selection (no clones) +/- 60 YO. Brown clay, limestones on chalk. Harvest 2018 aged 1 year on lies in French oak barrels. No malo-lactic fermentation, no filtration, no fining, barrels filled on top (regular ouillage), light bâtonnage. Bottled Sept. 2023 after 3 years aging on cork (no caps) , Riddling and disgorgement by hand . Extra Brut 1 gram/Liter."
