Louis Roederer make great Champagnes, starting with this one and climbing to the legendary Cristal. They are also pioneers in transparency, providing far more information about the makeup of their wines than is typical of other Champagnes. This blend is released from the 245th year of the House's operation, and the NV blend is made of 55% 2020 fruit, 35% from the 'perpetual reserve' and 10% from oak-aged base wines from as far back as 2010. Overall, it's a 41% Chardonnay, 35% Pinot Noir, 24% Pinot Meunier blend.
