Shiraz stalwart and long time favourite at the Cellars, Craiglee, has once again excelled with their latest release of Sparkling Red. A base wine of their 2019 estate Shiraz, the wine undergoes the methode traditionelle with the intent to produce a lighter, drier style of Sparkling Red. Gamey and supple in mouthfeel, this wine is a standard-bearer for the style.

Produces one of the finest cool-climate shirazs in Australia, redolent of cherry, licorice and spice in the better (warmer) vintages, lighter-bodied in the cooler ones.
