St Petroni is a fragrant White Vermouth from Galicia in the North West of Spain, a region famous for the white grape Albarino. It's made using an Albarino base and infused with wormwood, bay leaves, lemon verbena, Padron green peppers, rosemary, thyme, bitter and sweet oranges, orange blossoms, the pulp of green lemons. It's fresh with citrusy, herby notes the perfume of white flowers and a wonderful orange kick. Serve on ice with a splash of soda and garnish with a fresh bay leaf or small sprig of thyme.
