Croft Original is a Pale Cream, consisting of two grape varieties; Palomino Fino and P.X. Following fermentation between 11-12% the wine is fortified to 15.5% before entering the croft solera. 2 years of ageing under flor, the concentrated wine is added to sweeten the sherry, leaving to age for 1 more year in American Oak casks before bottling. Serve chilled 4-6 degrees.
