This is Emily & Nick's own label, named after 14th century theologian and philosopher William of Ockham’s views of "less is more" - with a stylised " < less than" symbol on the label - which is very applicable to their minimal intervention winemaking.

Harvested early to produce a fresh, vibrant Shiraz that can be enjoyed young. Purchased fruit from two Heathcote vineyards, with distinctly different soil profiles, contribute savoury elements that complement the core base of red fruit. Bright purple in colour, with notes of spice, cola, and smoked meats. High-grade cork sealed | 15.0% alc/vol.
