Made predominantly from Tinta Negra Mole--with 10% Malvasia in this case-- Henriques & Henriques 3 Year Old blends are produced in an estufa process specifically set up for these wines. They are then aged in oak casks for 3 years prior to bottling. Henriques' Full Rich is a dark, luscious and fragrant sweet wine with aromas of dried fruit and caramel. Full-bodied and very fruity, it should be enjoyed as a dessert wine, with chocolate and fruit-based courses.
