The product of dual efforts by Tom Carson and Nadège Sune, Serrat was planted in 2001 and has been making waves in the Aussie wine scene ever since. Both have history in making wine in France and Australia, with roots in Burgundy that are reflected in their exceptional Pinot Noir and Chardonnay. Their Shiraz/Viognier, however, is often upheld as their very best wine, and a true icon in Yarra Valley winemaking.
