Apostolos Thymiopoulos may be relatively new in the winemaking world, but his family have a long history of winegrowing in the region. Moving from grower to producer is never an easy move, but Apostolos is the exception to that rule. His wines are a fabulous expression of place and quality. Earth & Sky is made from the oldest vines on the estate and is an excellent representaion of the Xinomavro grape variety.
