The Sentio Gamay is crafted from fruit grown at the Darling Estate Vineyard in Upper King Valley. Aged in foudre for eight months before release, it shows remarkably tight structure and delightfully pure fruit character. While certainly one that could benefit from a few years bottle ageing, you will find bright raspberry and earl grey tea characters on the nose in youth, framed by resinous tannin structure and mouth-puckering acidity.
