Producer Notes - "This cuvée comes from different plots of Marsannay, Gevrey-Chambertin, Brochon and Fixin (vines with an average age of 40 years). It is therefore a Burgundy with varied terroirs but of noble origin.
You will find in this wine the finesse of the fresh fruits of the Côte de Nuits. It has a real substance, which allows you to keep it for a few years, but with its tasty character you will be tempted to taste it on the delicacy from its youth.
Vinified with 50% whole bunches, depending on the vintage, the maturation lasts about 14 to 16 months in barrels and vats."
