Producer notes "Notios Red brings together carefully selected Mediterranean grape varieties cultivated in Gaia’s vineyards in Koutsi, Nemea, within the PGI Peloponnese region. The dominant grape variety Agiorgitiko contributes vibrant fruit aromas and supple tannins, harmoniously balanced with a rich , spicy character and a structured, full-bodied profile of Syrah reflective of the southern climate.
Its deep reddish-violet color and complex bouquet make it an excellent match for spicy and intensely flavored dishes. This youthful red wine is ideal served cool at 10-14°C, especially refreshing during the warmer months."
