A first for Timo - well as best we know - he's leaning into the trend for having both a cheaper option, and also a lighter younger drinking style (not that his Pinot's really needs that much age!).
It's everything you'd expect from both Timo, and this blend - leads with plenty of Pinot Noir characteristics, bolstered by the Shiraz which adds a little extra depth and savoury spice.
Could be chilkled, but likely best at cool room temp as it opens even more with air.
