The Clouet family has crafted Champagnes on the sun-drenched slopes of Bouzy and Ambonnay since 1751. These two Grand Cru sites yield gorgeous bunches of flavoursome, opulent Pinot Noir which form the base of André Clouet’s Grande Reserve. This wine is aged on lees for 36 months and includes 30% reserve wines.
