Finely structured tannins frame this medium bodied, generous wine, finishing with good balance and length. The Billi Billi Shiraz is sourced from a selection of premium cool climate vineyards throughout Victoria; predominantly the Grampians including a portion from the Mount Langi Ghiran vineyards. This cool climate source imparts a freshness onto the wine, with lifted florals on the nose and bright fruit that is underlaid by depper, more savoury shiraz characters like dark, black plums and soft whiffs of cocoa powder.
