Jean-François Bordet presently holds around 14 ha (not including several négociant offerings) from a modern facility in Maligny. 2024 was a difficult vintage for the region that included frost, hail and alot of rain, yet as Jean-François puts it, the wines are "classic Chablis with fine underlying tension and an abundance of citrus influence.... my only regret is that there isn't more of it."

'This also offers an abundance of classic Chablis elements that include iodine, sea breeze, lemon rind and a whiff of wood influence. The rich and delicious flavors possess a bit more volume with equally good intensity that also infuses the dry, youthfully austere and more complex finale.
