Gustave Lorentz has not been subtle about what they want you to pair with their l'ami des Crustaces Pinot Blanc. Thankfully we agree with the pairing, so crack out the Oyster shuck and put a bottle in the fridge - this dry, saline and refreshing drop will meet succulent shellfish perfectly with scents of honeydew, lemon zest and fresh ginger.
