Curly Flat are mainstays of the Macedon Ranges today, to such a degree that it’s hard to believe they were part of the ‘new wave’ that hit the region in the 90s. The majority of their estate vines are situated in a sunny parcel near Lancefield, where they're tended to with the utmost care. They're biodynamic farmers in all but in certification, introducing the techniques in the mid-2000s that saw their already acclaimed wines receive national recognition.
