One of three of Lustau's latest release of En Rama bottlings - unfiltered, barrel aged wines from Jerez, El Puerto de Santa Maria and Sanlúcar de Barrameda, that gives consumers a window into the unique terroir of the Jerez coast. The mild, temperate climate of El Puerto has a crucial influence on the Fino made there. This Fino is laced with scents of the sea and profound 'flor' aromas. Clean and fresh, with a slight taste of tangy yeast. Spring 2023: Intense yellow colour with golden hues. Very pungent and lively with notes reminiscent of the Atlantic breeze, roasted almonds, and hay. Bone dry and briny on the palate. Long and bitter aftertaste, characteristic of the classic fino from El Puerto.
