A premium parcel of 2017 Watervale Riesling was selected for prolonged bottle maturation and museum release. Surprisingly youthful characters of lime and citrus transition into delictae honeysuckly with subtle steely nuances. Excellent acidity, great length and a long delicately honeyed citrus finish make this one to drink now, though it willdefintely hold on for a good few more years.
