A classic example of Eden Valley Riesling from a benchmark producer. Showing consistently delicious wines, the nose on this wine sings sweetly of lime blossom and citrus pith, while the palate gives us more sumptuous notes of pineapple skin and dried rosemary, finishing with a talc-like minerality.
