Cannonau (aka Grenache/Garnacha albeit with some differences thanks to centuries of isolation in Sardinia), thrives in Sardinia's warm, dry climate. Onilos is unoaked to preserve the classic raspberry and floral notes of the variety, the palate medium bodied, delicately savoury and fabulously long finished.This is a terrific example of the quality one can expect from Sardinia red wine.
